Although the word “permanent” is used, it is important to note that these are delicate and dainty chains, and as life can sometimes be unpredictable, things may happen. To accommodate our valued customers, we offer a 30-day grace period during which you can have your jewelry re-welded at no extra cost, simply by visiting one of our upcoming events. After this initial 30-day period, we will provide an option for re-welding at a nominal fee of $10. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced chains, and in such cases, you will need to repurchase a new chain. Additionally, we wish to clarify that full refunds are not available for our pieces.
